The Seller means Elysium Instruments and the Buyer means whoever comes in the contract with Elysium Instruments buyer agreement either verbally or written.
The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours after the production period is over, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Production period will depend on the amount of products ordered. Usually for small orders a production period of 10-15 days is required but can vary greatly depending on other factors that may or may not be in the control of the Seller.
Elysium Instruments is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery signature has not been obtained where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request . If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as ‘safe’ then the liability transfers to you.
The Seller tries to dispatch goods as soon as possible but dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
It is the responsibility of Buyer to ask and finalize the delivery charges and methods that could be available. We as a Seller tries our best to provide you with the information we deem may be helpful for you but the Seller holds no responsibility in case any such problems that may arise due to mis-information, mistakes or unknown factors.
The Seller often makes sure that shipping charges are included in the final invoice generated and inform the Buyer about it but such facility does make it binding on Seller to do so.
We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Carriage charges will vary depending on destination and weight of parcel, and as such the final order value will be calculated offline by our Customer Contact Center. Full payment will be required by BACS or electronic transfer or whatever payment gateway that has been decided in contract prior to production. Please note, payments can only be taken via our Customer Contact Center.

Orders once manufacturing has been started cannot be cancelled nor they can be altered. The only alteration or cancellation can be through the mutual consent and will be based on the current manufacturing process of the order. Separate charges will be induced even if small alterations are to be made as the labor cost will be incurred.
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
