Goods Ordered in Error
We try our utmost care to make sure that we understand what our clients want but sometimes mistakes happen. If the goods have been ordered error or you want any alteration to be done to the design, kindly let us know before we start the manufacturing process. To stop the mistakes of this nature, we often send sample products to the Buyer before starting bulk production. If you want any changes contact our customer care team, we will be happy to help you.
Goods not up to par
Our 3 step quality verification process has the milestone of 99.9% no mistake in product production. But even then no process is mistake free. So if in any one in a thousand chance, there remains any quality issue then in good faith, Elysium Instruments Inc. is fully ready to take care of it.
Carriage for any alternative items is to be paid for by The Buyer. The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.
Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Carriage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.
Refunds on large/heavy items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge.
Items received with broken seals will incur a 10% handling fee and those without original packaging will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Collections for unsuitable items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge.
